How To Get Better  How To Get Better - Power & Potential

Possibly the most important page on the website!

If you’re reading this, chances are that you’re not as well as
you’d like to be. The most important thing to remember is that you
hold the power to your own recovery.  And, regardless of how you
may be feeling right now, you are very powerful.

The second thing to remember is that all the things discussed on this website have the potential to disrupt your health.  But, they don’t have to.  Whether they do affect your health, or not, depends upon many variables.

We’re all unique individuals

The degree to which something affects you depends upon your:

•    health background
•    immune system, and it’s strength
•    body burden:  how much you’ve already been exposed to
•    levels of energy
•    sensitivity
•    conditioning
•    what you believe about yourself

I am often approached to endorse products, and it’s something I decline, as I want it to be very clear that my advice and recommendations are absolutely  free of any commercial incentive.

However, that said, I would like to make the following unsolicited recommendations:

*Qi Gong: “Rainbow Sun Qigong” by Ellie Drew at the Institute for Conscious Change (www.ConsciousChange.org).  I was lucky enough to meet Ellie in 2007.   She is an extraordinary woman, and I found her Qigong to be very powerful and energising.   This dvd features a deceptively simple routine that’s short enough to do each morning, is easy enough for anyone to follow, and leaves you feeling clear, replenished and vital.  Find out more on:  www.ConsciousChange.org

**Mind-Body Medicine:  Scientists have made great headway recently on proving the immense power of thought – and how our mind-body connection is vital to our health.  It is very empowering information.  To find out just how powerful you really are, and how much you can contribute to your own health, read or listen to “The Biology of Belief” by Bruce Lipton, “Molecules of Emotion” by Candace Pert, and “The Divine Matrix” by Gregg Braden.
